She messed up my flight to Europe and I had to pay an extra $120 to check bags when it was a simple box to check when you book flights. Its a simple process, buy flights and check the "yes I want to check bags and pay a few dollars more", instead I had to pay almost 3x more because I had no idea it wasnt included. This seems like a simple task for a travel agent to know. I wanted to give the travel agent the benefit of the doubt, but now will be booking everything myself from now on. Would not recommend.
