Love coming here for a quiet night out. Great, friendly staff. We've had a rough week, going multiple days without power, our waitress went above and beyond to cheer us up! 12 out of 5 stars
Not bad, typical chain. Table was still wet from the quick turnover from last guests. Meals are atypical of a commercial chain, although I did notice some improvements in their menu. I was unfortunately charged $1.99 for just touching the small table-top tablet they have for guests to re-order drinks and play games and such. I almost didn't notice it on my check! I had only briefly touched it and moved it out of the way before our food arrived! It makes me wonder how many others have been charged without noticing. Our waitress gave me a skeptical glare and asked if I had played any games, I had not, nor would I waste money on such an atrocity. Anyway, my food wasn't horrible but nothing fancy either. I think they overcharge people for children under 3. They should consider the amount of food a 2 year old actually can eat, which isn't much at all. All in all, it's what you would expect of a common american eatery. Maybe happy hour would be a better option!
Horrible service. 4pm Saturday, 7 tables dirty in bar area. Waited at table for 15 minutes for server to come over to clean and take drink order. We had to leave and go to 99 to eat. I hope they figure the issues out, used to be our favorite place when Katie worked there.
Good food. Waitresses will substitute items. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Easy parking close to establishment. Clean. Can be very busy in bar area "after work".
Good environment and waitresses. Drinks are made pretty good. The prime rib tacos are real good. Chilies is our go to place when we can't decide where to eat.
