Right near downtown area on a back street.
You still pay at the meters so there's less hassle than dealing with tickets and cashiers. No charge on weekends or after 7 on weekdays. Right in down town close to High Street. Also nice view from the top floor.
Lovin Dover's first real parking garage. Its very cheap $0.50/hour. Has 5 levels, is in the center of town and its safe since its connected to the new Police Station.
Reasonable price but payment machines are lousy especially during bad stormy days when wireless system can be knocked out of service.
Great to finally have more parking downtown
