Dr Collins and the staff were pleasant, empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional! I've never had a better walk in care experience! It was so pleasant and efficient. I will be switching my primary care to their facility because their care is superior to anything else I've found on the Seacoast. Thank you all for your help!
Up until yesterday, I've always had a decent experience here. However, on September 1, I was unable to see my normal LPN. Instead, I saw Dr. Gagnon who was absolutely horrendous. He fat shamed me the entire time and basically wrote off the health concerns I've been having. He chalked them up to not being active enough, getting older and just everyday life. I will be looking for recommendations to go elsewhere.
Clean and organized facility is well staffed, prompt, professional, and courteous. Adult and Children's Medicine is a pleasure to work with, as is the phlebotomy lab on the first floor. Clean unisex bathrooms with changing stations. Vending machines and a café on 2nd floor with microwave, salads, sandwiches and wraps. Plenty of parking.
