These people i wouldn't mind getting a raise for what they do i am also very please there is three fire departments in dover alone.

I think firefighters don't give enough credit to what they do and how they response as a quick as possible. Very wonderful group of people not only protecting there own city but when needed will go out of state or other cities in the area to help other people out.
