I have been going to this office for more than 10 years, my oldest child is 17 and youngest is 1. They are pleasant and very knowledgeable. I have been friends with one of the staff members since childhood and all the staff that works there like working for the dentist (the same staff members have worked there for years and years) he is very knowledgeable and proffesional with a military background and an incredible amount of experience. I also bring my son to this same office for ortho work.

Would not recommend. Child sat on a chair that had wet ink on it from another appointment from a previous day which should not have been there if the chair was cleaned between patients as it should be. If they are not cleaning their chairs what else are they not cleaning? They applied a fluoride treatment to my children's teeth without asking me first. I found the staff to be unpleasant and unprofessional in the way they talked to and about patients and their parents. The dentist actually told the dental assistant he needed help with another mom with "unrealistic expectations" in front of me and my children. This practices policy of having parents sign a form acknowledging their no parents during treatment policy made me incredibly uncomfortable, especially once I saw how the dentist and staff interact with kids.

Worst dentist I've seen as far as bedside (chairside?) manner, and dental work is questionable. He should not be practicing dentistry with children. He is mean and rude, not just to children, but he berates his staff, which can be heard from the waiting room. He is short and condescending with parents. Reception staff are the most disrespectful I have ever come across and I have a vast medical history to compare to. I'm having to take my child to another dentist today to repair a crown that has fallen off after less than a year that he put on. Fortunately, our new dentist in Alton, is much better, and my daughter lets him work on her with NO NOVOCAIN and no inhalation anesthesia (for simple cavities, I'm sure a full pulpotomy and crown would be different) and not a tear shed! Trips to Seacoast were always dreaded.
